Wildfire Home   Screenshots   Documentation   FAQs   Download   Contact     Screen Shots   Wildfire has been preconfigured so that EMBOSS programs can be used as workflow components.   GEL can execute workflows in parallel on Condor Grids, on SGE, LSF or PBS-based clusters, or on SMP machines.     The Wildfire drawing canvas allows workflows to be constructed intuitively by dragging and dropping.   Command-line options for various programs are presented using text-boxes, drop-down lists and buttons.
